Returns & Refunds
This policy applies to all purchase channels — website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and more.
Eligibility
Unopened items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Damaged Items
Report broken or leaking bottles within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Important
The original packaging must not be opened. By Egyptian consumer protection law, opened items cannot be returned.
Proof of Purchase
Please keep your order number ready to facilitate the process.
Card Refunds
For cancelled card orders, the refund will be processed minus any non-refundable payment gateway fees.
Heat Advisory
Perfumes may be temporarily affected by high shipping temperatures. Please allow 2-3 days for the scent to stabilize in a cool environment before assessing.

الأهلية
يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات غير المفتوحة بنفس حالتها الأصلية خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
المنتجات التالفة
في حال وجود زجاجات مكسورة أو بها تسريب، يرجى الإبلاغ خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام للحصول على استبدال أو استرداد.
ملاحظة هامة
المنتجات المفتوحة غير قابلة للإرجاع وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري.
إثبات الشراء
يرجى الاحتفاظ برقم الطلب لتسهيل عملية الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
المدفوعات بالبطاقة
في حالة الإلغاء بعد الدفع بالبطاقة، يتم الاسترداد بعد خصم رسوم بوابة الدفع غير القابلة للاسترجاع.
تنبيه
قد تتأثر العطور مؤقتًا بدرجات الحرارة أثناء الشحن. ننصح بترك العطر في مكان بارد لمدة 2-3 أيام قبل التقييم.
